Class B – Additions to roofs (loft extensions, dormers).

Class C – Other alterations to roofs (rooflights, skylights).

Class D – Porches.

Class E – Outbuildings, sheds, garden offices, swimming pools, etc.

Class F – Hard surfaces (driveways, patios, decking).

Class O (historic) – Offices to residential (no longer in force, but good for context).

Class B (Part 2) – Means of access to a highway.

Class F (Part 2) – Vehicle crossovers (sometimes PD but often needs LPA/Highways consent).
